I'm an admitted cynic, of course, but there seem to be fewer and fewer companies doing good work whose execs and boards don't belly-up to the buy-out bar to the detriment of what they've built and the people they've led up to that point. Sad, but apparently purely American.
Money, money, money... I guess they stuff their pillows with it, so they can sleep well at night.
