Sometimes a minimum of criteria for a business placement should be selected more precise. Infrastructure, Amount of residents, Liquidity of customers... etc, etc. In this case we have: Infrastrucure... Next road 50 miles away. Cycleways 0, Amount of residents... 2 (Bikehop Mike and his girlfriend), Liquidity of customers... Unknown, because except of roaming scorpions there wasn't any customer out there, and probably never ever be.
