People contributed to racism for decades in ways that were unconscious and covert. People contributed to racism in ways that were also flagrantly racist and continue to contribute. Maintaining silence around people's own racism is not healthy. Make empathy once, put yourself so called the other's shoes. See yourself if you can stay as you are.
