I understand the feeling of brotherhood will go beyond concepts like religion ..
And yes, we could speak of brotherhood between many countries, I agree.
In this case the work highlights the brotherhood Turkey-Tunisia under the nationality of our colleague and as a symbol of solidarity with the people who have risen and said, Enough!
This is my reading of the work, I can be wrong.

Yeah, and brotherhood under the flags of Germany and Tunesia.
Fortunately, this conflict has nothing to do with any religion. This is just about dropping some despote, which is good. And I don't want to see some islamist guys to take over the country.
