From a legal point of view it is questionable if one country compels other countries to comply with its legislation. Simply by using its economic power or the international economic interpenetration respectively.
No country should be subjected to law on the creation of which it has no influence!
All the more if the usurpatory country breaches treaties and forces others to follow!
