"Spineless"

What happened the night before Starmer resigned? His resignation would be somewhat uplifting if he didn't do everything in those paintings. His resignation speech about Labour being politically and morally bankrupt under Corbyn is so disgusting. He and his cabinet have backed multiple genocides, repressed pro-Palestine activists, appeased fascists on immigration, continued Conservative austerity and betrayed everything Labour is meant to stand for.

As for Burnham, I bet he will be our next PM, but I don't have high hopes. All I can hope for is that the Greens keep up the momentum. Zack Polanski and the amazing people aiming to transform people's lives for the better can be a path to a brighter future. But Polanski must not make the same half-measures and disappointments that Burnham seems to already be making.

As it stands, Burnham will just become another "dead PM walking", but ultimately, he'll be found to be inadequate, hopeless, and spineless.
