Gogu Neagoe was born in the village at 4 octombrie1976 Osica the lower Dobrun, Olt county. After high school Buzeşti Brothers''''Craiova, followed between 1998-2001 Fine Arts Institute of Bucharest''''Nicolae Grigorescu, the then present at all official exhibitions with paintings and cartoons which have imposed by the original works. NEAGOE Gogu artist started in 1993 in Slatina, Bucharest, Bals, Craiova, Targu-Jiu, Caracal, ship, Ramnicu-Valcea, Oradea, Cluj, Iasi, Pitesti, Sibiu, Constanta in a group exhibition of painting with Nicholas trutta, Spiru Vergulescu, Ion Popescu-Negreni, Sabin Balasa. in 2008 became a member of International Association of Fine Arts, UNESCO and Professional Cartoonists Association of Romania in 2006. It caricature painting exhibitions at home and abroad in 2009. He participated in painting and cartoon festivals. Many of his works are in national museums and private collections in Romania, USA, France, Germany, Belgium, Canada, Japan, England, Greece, Bulgaria, Cuba, Iran, Moldova, Mexico and awards at art festivals caricature painting. A cartoon and comic strip published in newspapers and local magazines Central 1992-2008. He is the author of illustrations, graphics fable epigram poetry book from 1994 to 2009.
