What does this world need? Much more urgent than yet another casting show, monstrous four-wheel-drive cars or political summits that merely offer heads of states the opportunity to present their new first lady: Things that are truly basic, rudimental and simple. Maybe a thermometer for the climate change, a first-aid kit for political terror, a dictionary with the word “love” in 6500 languages, half of which are in danger of becoming extinct. Neimeh Nikooray from Tabriz has taken a close scrutinising look at the first-aid kit for the Third World. And what does the 32 year old Iranian find behind the Red Cross? A case jam packed with bombs and explosives. Nothing is what you expect. Where you read help, you find terror inside. The Geneva UNO Conventions? What a Joke! Given that, you must always be on your guard and never judge the book by its cover.
